A St Peter man was shot just outside his house on Tuesday night.
Police have identified the victim as Shawn Pearson Williams, 43, of Boscobelle.
Acting Assistant Superintendent Frederick Catwell from the Criminal Investigation Department of the Northern Division told reporters at the scene that around 6:54 p.m, a male walked into the District ‘D’ Police Station and reported that he had received information that his brother had been shot at Boscobelle.
Police visited the area and discovered William’s body just outside his home.He was pronounced dead at the scene by a medical doctor.
Police are appealing to anyone with information about the incident to contact the District ‘E’ Police Station at 419 –1730 /419-1737 or Police Emergency at 211.
