Public Service Vehicle driver Corey Simmons was granted bail on Wednesday when he appeared in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court and pleaded not guilty to three charges related to how he operated a ZR van on Lower Collymore Rock, St Michael last week.
The 42-year-old resident of #60 Prior Park Terrace, St James denied driving other than on the left, driving without due care and attention, and driving without reasonable consideration for other persons using the road.
The PSV worker will reappear in court on October 2.
