Omel Justin Walrond, 36, of Olive Gap, Tudor Bridge, St. Michael, who was the subject of a wanted man bulletin issued today is now in custody.
Police said Walrond presented himself to the Black Rock Police Station accompanied by an attorney-at-law and is currently assisting police personnel with their investigations.
