Trinidad and Tobago to vote in General Elections on April 28

The people of Trinidad and Tobago will go to the polls on Monday, April 28.

Newly appointed Prime Minister Stuart Young on Tuesday advised President Christina Kangaloo to dissolve Parliament with effect from midnight Tuesday, March 18 in accordance with Section 68 of the Constitution,

The Prime Minister also advised the President to schedule Nomination Day for Friday, April 4th.
