Ingredients
Leftover Ham – as much as you would want in your pasta!
Half Red onion
3 cloves garlic
1 pinch chili flakes
4 cherry tomatoes
1 pinch chili flakes
1 can of diced tomatoes
2oz chives
5oz grater Parmesan cheese
Pasta of choice
6oz white wine
16.5 oz heavy cream
Method
Shred or chop boneless ham
Cook pasta in boiling water until Al dente (cooked but still with a bit of texture) Approx 9 mins on average (though different types pastas will require different amount of times)
In a pan, sauté your onions, garlic, ham, chili flakes.
Add tomato and white wine and let reduce
Add heavy cream and combine.
Add cheese and herbs
Add cooked pasta.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Plate and enjoy!
