Two years after Mark Anthony Armstrong was shot and killed in the City, lawmen have charged a St Philip man for his murder.
Rico Akeem Hepburn, 32, of Pelican Drive, St Martins, is accused of the shooting death of Armstrong on November 6, 2022.
The unemployed man appeared in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court before Magistrate Alison Burke on Thursday but was not required to enter a plea to the indictable offence.
Hepburn, who is represented by attorney Latisha Springer in association with Senior Counsel Andrew Pilgrim, was remanded to Dodds Prison and will reappear in court on December 5.
Armstrong, 47, formerly of Hothersal Turning, St Michael, was shot in Bridgetown and ran to the Granville Williams Bus Terminal at Fairchild Street where he collapsed and died.
